ProDetail Auto Care is a family-owned auto detailing business in Lake Stevens, WA, known for delivering top-tier service and attention to detail. They were looking for photos and videos to showcase their process and attract new clients.
The Challenge
ProDetail was facing dwindling social media engagement and lower-than-usual incoming leads. They needed something to take their brand image to the next level.

Our Strategy
We first did a full evaluation of their brand mission, and target market. This involved researching the kinds of clientele ProDetail was after, and the kinds of content they consumed. We plotted a visual style that would attract this customer base, and assessed what made ProDetail different from competitors and influencers in the same space — it was crucial to "fit in while standing out". This niche has a very specific taste, but we couldn't risk blending into the noise.
Solution
We filmed a video showcasing the satisfying process of detailing a car, full of clear before/after visuals, high-quality shots of the exterior and interior of the car, and the brand's iconic green van. The shoot was only 2 hours, and the final video was delivered within a week.
We also shot a number of high-quality stills matching the visual style to accompany the video, which turned out great.
The Results
